Your plan, date and final ANIMO price are confirmed in writing before any payment. For standard 5-hour and 8-hour options, a 50% deposit reserves the date and the remaining 50% is the balance.

If agreed in advance, the balance may also be paid in Japanese yen cash when you meet Mitch.
For a multi-day journey, the total, deposit, balance and every deadline are agreed individually in writing.
Whenever ANIMO confirms a payment, we email you the amount received, any difference and the next step.
ANIMO sends Wise or bank-transfer instructions privately and never asks for passwords, PINs or one-time security codes.

Is the price per person?
No. The displayed prices are per group, with a standard maximum of four guests.
What does the ANIMO price include?
It covers the agreed companionship service. Guests’ transportation, admission, meals and optional third-party activities are separate.
Can ANIMO help with a special request?
Yes. Send us the idea and we will look into suitable providers, availability, conditions and separate costs before you decide. Formal interpreting, negotiation and professional advice are not included.
Can ANIMO support a business visit?
Yes. Local help with visits, transportation and everyday communication is available on request. Formal interpreting, negotiation and professional advice are not included.
How and when do I pay?
After the plan, date and price are confirmed in writing, reserve a standard 5-hour or 8-hour date with a 50% deposit. Pay securely by card through Stripe or choose Wise. Direct bank transfer is available on request. The balance may be paid by card, Wise, bank transfer or, when agreed, in Japanese yen cash when you meet Mitch.
When is my booking confirmed?
ANIMO confirms the booking after Stripe verifies the card payment or the agreed Wise or bank payment appears in ANIMO’s own record. A transfer receipt or screenshot alone is not confirmation.
What is Wise, and how do I use it?
Wise is an international money-transfer service. After the plan and price are agreed, ANIMO sends private instructions. Complete the transfer only through Wise’s official website or app, where you can review the amount, exchange rate, fee and estimated arrival time. ANIMO never asks for your Wise password, PIN or one-time security code.
How are multi-day payments arranged?
Multi-day journeys are quoted individually. The total price, reservation deposit, remaining balance, number of payments and each deadline are agreed in writing for that journey rather than fixed at 50%.
